Taking Your Pet to an Outdoor Concert

It’s hard to not to see dogs at play at many of California’s beaches and outdoor festivals with their masters, kids or families.

Finding a pet friendly Hollywood hotel will take some doing but it is possible with a little research. While taking pets to some outdoor concerts and festivals is perfectly acceptable, taking Fido to one of the Hollywood Bowl Concerts is not recommended. There is a picnic area just outside of the amphitheater where a small dog may or may not be tolerated, but you might just want to simplify things by keeping the throwing of the Frisbee with your favorite four legged friend to the beaches.
Becoming Pet Friendly Is Becoming Popular
Though the prospect of becoming pet friendly may be becoming more popular to some hotel owners, a concert with loud music and tones that may bother a dog’s sensitive hearing will probably always be frowned upon. It’s not entirely good for the dog and it’s not good for the people around the dog.
But at a large outdoor music festival where the sound distributes itself throughout the atmosphere and where you can distance yourself from the stage, dogs might have an easier time; as well as their owners.
