Juice Plus has just discontinued their dog supplement. What other reputable supplement can I give my dog?

  10. I know that juice plus has discontinued their dog and cat vitamins. I am working on finding another supplement that I like. Both nupro and Standard Process have very good supplements. Standard Processes Canine Whole body support is excellent but is not allowed to be sold via internet- direct through vets only. Nervous about products that I see on the web. Apparently they are gotten through an unnamed third party. I am never comfortable with such products.

can u tell me why these products have been discontinued. Is it for health risk reasons?

  14. There is no discussion of a health risk. It is a matter of sales and they do not find the product profitable to carry. I am looking at several different products to recommend in place of the Juice Plus.

  15. Rachel says:

    Hi Dr. Lord,

I am a J+ Distributor and have been giving all of my dogs the appropriate formula. With the discontinuation of the Dog/Cat formulas, you may want to consider giving your dog the Garden Blend (Veggies/Green) of Juice Plus.

I, too, am interested in your recommendation for another supplement. I am a Juice Plus Distributor and have just added a puppy to our family. I am so disappointed that the dog JP+ has been d/c’d. My cat has done so well on the feline version. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks.

Our mini schnauzer had taken JuicePlus for Dogs since he was ten weeks old, he’s now two and a half. We finished our supply of JuicePlus for Dogs about a month ago and are seeing noticable changes in his skin health, I’m sure other problems will soon arise. Have you found a comparable product that you are now recommending? Not sure about sprinkling the human JuicePlus on his food.
